Transfer Application Deadlines Transfer Deadlines Summer 2026 Priority - May 1 Summer I Final - May 20 Summer II Final - June 26 Fall 2026 Priority - August 1 Final - August 10 Returning UHCL Students - August 12 Spring 2027 Priority - December 1 Final - January 4 Returning UHCL Students - January 6 Admission decisions are made based on your completed application and submission of all required documentation (official transcripts from every college or university attended and application fee). Check the status of your application online through E-Services using your UHCL student ID. The UHCL application is available online at Apply Texas . The online application is scheduled to close for transfer students after the priority deadline of each semester. Applying After the Priority Deadline After the priority deadline, please contact the Office of Admissions . Students who apply after the priority deadline must submit a paper application and submit all required documentation through the Office of Admission. Applications may be processed through late registration. A $50.00 Late Registration Fee or $50.00 Late Payment may apply.
