As in past years the goal of the Report is to provide an accessible, balanced evaluation of the economic, social, political, policy and legal developments that affect the region’s business and investment climate. The 2025-2026 LABER was created by: Pilar Useche (Professor, Center for Latin American Studies and Department of Food and Resource Economics, University of Florida), Timothy E.
