Spiritual Life at HCU | Houston Christian University Skip to content Skip to footer Apply Visit Request Info Spiritual Life is at the crux of HCU’s mission as we seek to help students, faculty, and staff pursue a holistic discipleship to the Lord Jesus in all of life. With the help of the Spirit, we seek to create gatherings and cultivate relationships that help us to integrate the academic, spiritual, and professional growth we experience on campus and align it all towards loving God more totally and loving our neighbors with compassion, wisdom, and skill (Mark 12:29–31). We want to impact every dimension of who you are as a man or woman made in God’s image so that you glorify God through excellently fulfilling the good purpose for which God created you (Eph 2:10).
