Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Therapy Gritman Medical Center is staffed 24 hours a day by licensed cardiopulmonary and respiratory professionals. Clinical Nutrition Gritman offers programs to help you create healthy eating habits, including management of chronic diseases. Diagnostic Imaging Gritman’s comprehensive imaging and radiology services are provided by experienced board-certified technologists and radiologists. Education Get your adult and infant CPR certification through our online and in-person training course at Gritman. Emergency Care Gritman’s emergency services are always open and ready to handle a wide range of medical and trauma cases. Laboratory Services The only laboratory on the Palouse to provide in-house, automated blood bank services with antibody identification and phenotyping. Our Heart Health Partnerships We work directly with the top heart centers in the Inland Northwest to provide a wide range of cardiology services. Gritman partners with Kootenai Health for advanced cardiac care. Kootenai Health Heart Clinics Northwest provides comprehensive cardiology care for Palouse-area patients from 2301 W. A St., Suite C, Moscow. Services include general and interventional cardiology, electrophysiology and vascular surgery. Our partners also include cardiologists from Providence Center for Congenital Heart Disease Heart Health Challenge Raises Funds to Support Advanced Cardiac Technology Heart disease a leading cause of death in Latah and Whitman Counties. Phyllis Vettrus recognizes that advanced technology is a vital component of heart health and wants to strengthen our community through a philanthropic gift to support Gritman Medical Center’s cardiology services . Vettrus, a retired educator and longtime resident of Moscow, recently donated $100,000 to the Gritman Foundation through the Dean L. Vettrus and Phyllis J. Vettrus Living Trust, allowing the organization to upgrade 2 of its EKG machines while replacing Cardiac Rehabilitation monitoring equipment that supports multiple patients simultaneously.
