Sophomore Requirements
Working with People with Physical or Mental Disabilities
Students engage in one-on-one activities ranging from day care to camping. Some programs require orientation or parental permission.
Working with the Elderly
Students interact with seniors in day centers or rehabilitation facilities through activities like reading, leading exercises, playing games, writing letters, walking, or visiting. Serving meals or cleanup counts only if it involves direct interaction. Some programs require a recent T.B. test.
