Joint Venture Partnerships The Joint Venture Partnerships allows NESDIS to prioritize engagement with the private sector, academia, and other federal agencies.  The Joint Venture Partnerships leverages new data sources and explores new and innovative technologies, instruments and missions that may develop NOAA’s next-generation Earth observation and ground systems capabilities.
