International Enrolment Procedure - St Augustine's College

International Enrolment Procedure
Enrolment Applications for 2027 are now open.
Complete the
2027 International Student Application Form
and submit it to the
International Executive Officer, Vivian Cao
, with the following supporting documents.
Submit the application form with the following documents:
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of passport
Past school reports from Year 5
Copy of English school offer letter OR language test result
Copy of English school reports (if currently at language school)
Recommendation letter from a current teacher (must include detailed contact information)
The applicant will be required to have an online interview with the International Executive Officer - Vivian Cao.
Once your application has been processed and approved, an
Enrolment Offer
letter will be sent. The
Enrolment Offer
letter, together with the
International Student Application for Enrolment
form, will form the Written Agreement. All pages of both documents MUST be signed and returned before, or at the same time, as the fees are paid.
Upon receipt of the school fees, and all required documentation, the International Office will issue a CoE and CAAW (if required) and forward copies of these to the parents/agent.
