Submitting Requests OCLC is the preferred method for sending requests. If you do not have access to OCLC, complete an ALA Interlibrary Loan Form and send it to lending@ucr.edu Fees We generally do not charge for University of California, accredited California university libraries, and government agencies. Outside the state of California fees range from $20 to $40. Photocopies range from $15 to $20 for all non-University of California Libraries. Additional costs varies for special handling requests.
