ODNI does not provide verbal responses, nor itemize pay by overtime, bonuses, and awards. ODNI will not provide pay information that includes employer information. Section 3033, the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG) conducts independent and objective audits, investigations, inspections, and reviews to promote economy, efficiency, effectiveness, and integration across the Intelligence Community. Contact the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General Privacy and Civil Liberties The Office of Civil Liberties, Privacy and Transparency (CLPT) leads the integration of civil liberties and privacy protections into the policies, procedures, programs and activities of the Intelligence Community (IC). Its overarching goal is to ensure that the IC operates within the full scope of its authorities in a manner that protects civil liberties and privacy, provides appropriate transparency, and earns and retains the trust of the American people. To report a potential civil liberties and privacy violation or file a complaint, please review the requirements at the CLPT homepage Equal Employment Opportunity Complaints The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) is responsible for the overall management of the ODNI EEO Program, and provides IC-wide guidance in developing, implementing, and measuring progress in EEO.
