Grants Each year, the NA Foundation provides funds to teachers and staff for projects that make a broad, positive impact across our schools and classrooms. There are two submission periods, one in the fall and one in the spring. NA staff members will be notified via email when a new application period has opened. Tiger Powered: Empower the Extraordinary Tiger Powered: Empower the Extraordinary fuels classroom grants across the North Allegheny School District. Gifts to this campaign make innovative projects possible—awarded twice each year—and have already brought to life items such as an inflatable planetarium, marimbas, sensory spaces, adapted bikes, business simulation experiences, a global business center, and more.
