Clinical Trial Management Legacy Research Institute provides comprehensive clinical trials management in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Our clinical research staff is experienced in conducting investigational drug and device trials across the age spectrum. Services range from regulatory preparation and institutional review board submission, to patient recruitment and data collection. Education at Legacy Research Institute From our state-of-the-art surgical training center to our hands-on learning opportunities for students, education is an important goal of the Legacy Research Institute. Institutional Biosafety Committee Services The Legacy Research Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) is responsible for the review and approval of all research involving recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules (e.g., rDNA) that utilize Legacy Health facilities, resources or patients. Institutional Review Board Services The Legacy Institutional Review Board (IRB) is available on a contract-basis for the review and approval of single-site research involving human subjects.
