Frequently Asked Questions
Q. I took pre-natal leave while pregnant. How are the leave days calculated in the event of a miscarriage or stillbirth?
Maternity leave already used is not included in the calculation. In other words, it is unrelated to leave taken prior to childbirth.
Q. Can I receive wages during miscarriage or stillbirth leave?
You can receive it.
Just like Maternity Leave, the workplace pays for the first 60 days, and the employment center pays for the remaining 30 days.
