Official Transcripts Official transcripts are certified records of your academic history at Cleary University, sent directly to employers, colleges, or universities. These are delivered electronically or by mail through our official transcript partner. To request one, click below: ORDER OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT Accessing Your Unofficial Transcript Students can access their unofficial transcript at any time through the Student Portal by following the steps below: Visit the Cleary University website at Cleary.edu Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and select “Student Portal” Click “Login to Microsoft” Enter your University email credentials and follow any login prompts Once logged in, you will be directed to your “Bio” page Select the “Transcript” button located near your name Your unofficial transcript will be available to view and download directly from this page. Diploma Request Duplicate diplomas are available for a $35 fee. Please click below to fill out the form. DIPLOMA REQUEST FORM In-School Deferment Form Students requesting an in-school deferment for their loans must submit a completed in-school deferment form (click below) to the Office of the Registrar & Records . All sections of the form must be filled out in full before it can be reviewed and signed. Incomplete forms will not be processed. IN-SCHOOL DEFERMENT FORM Accessing Your Student Schedule To access your student schedule for any semester you have registered for, please follow the instructions listed below to navigate to your student portal.  There, you will find a printable course schedule. Visit the Cleary University website at Cleary.edu Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and select “Student Portal” Click “Login to Microsoft” Enter yourUniversityemail credentials and follow any login prompts Once logged in, you will be directed to your “Bio” page Once logged in, navigate to the “Academics” menu on the left-hand side. Click “Academics” then click “Schedule” Select the “School Year” and “Semester” in question. Student Information Changes To update your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, or email), please send your request via email to the Office of the Registrar & Records. Be sure to include your full name, student ID number, and the specific changes you are requesting. Requests must come from your official university email account for verification purposes.
