Announcements Announcement Update Training Outage An upgrade to iThenticate 2.0 is scheduled for 05/07/2026 On this date, access to the current version of iThenticate will end. Please plan for up to 24 hours of downtime while institutional data is migrated. This includes accounts, users and user groups, submissions, similarity reports, and folders. After the upgrade is complete, all users will access past similarity reports and submit new documents through iThenticate 2.0. What to Expect Account Activation Email After the migration is complete, users will receive a “Welcome to iThenticate” email from noreply@turnitin.com . This email will include instructions to activate the new account. New Access URL Access to iThenticate will move to a new URL. The new link will be included in the welcome email: uniofflorida-ith.turnitin.com Users will be required to set a new password when accessing iThenticate 2.0 for the first time. Email Expiration The activation link in the welcome email will expire after 7 days. If the link expires, contact Learning Support at learning-support@ufl.edu or 352-392-4357 to have the email resent.
