The Office of Institutional Compliance/Title IX is responsible for receiving and responding to reports and complaints of
Policy 1005
sexual misconduct including dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, and stalking, and discrimination and harassment on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, genetic information, marital status, military status, national origin, parental status, political affiliation, pregnancy and related medical conditions, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and any other characteristics or status protected by law.
