To request a safety escort, visit the Welcome Desk at the west entrance of the main building. Or call 612.381.3328. Parking Information Dunwoody provides free, permitted parking for roughly 1,000 students, employees, and visitors. Some additional street parking is also available. Permits can be obtained at the Welcome Desk and must be properly displayed on all vehicles. A safety officer patrols the Dunwoody parking lots and may issue parking violation notices, as appropriate. NOTE: Students with a permit may park in any lot except for the visitor area and in the lot next to the Warren Building. No overnight parking is allowed. Special areas are reserved for parking bicycles and motorcycles. Public Transportation and Ride-Sharing The Metro Transit bus lines 4 and 6 all stop within a few blocks of Dunwoody. Students interested in ride-sharing should contact Student Affairs at studentaffairs@dunwoody.edu Campus Closings Should it be necessary to close the school because of inclement weather or an emergency condition, a school closing announcement will be displayed on this website and made on WCCO AM Radio (830), on local television stations, and via Dunwoody’s and accounts. Students and employees also receive emergency alerts to their cell phones and Dunwoody email accounts.
