Community Health Needs Assessment | RWJUH Somerset Community Health Needs Assessment About Community Health Needs Assessment Partners For Healthy Communities Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset, in conjunction with Healthier Somerset, is pleased to present the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment for Somerset County. The Community Health Needs Assessment, is a process that uses quantitative and qualitative methods to systematically collect and analyze data to understand health within a specific community. The data collected in the CHNA has been reviewed, analyzed, and discussed by stakeholders across the county who comprise Healthier Somerset, a coalition of representatives from health care, government, business, education, non-profit organizations, and faith-based communities in Somerset County that was convened by Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. The mission of the coalition is to work collaboratively to improve the health and well-being of all who live and work in Somerset County. By sharing information and creating alliances among individuals and organizations who are working toward mutual goals, we collectively increase our efforts to create a healthier Somerset County. The health of all who live and work in Somerset County has a direct bearing upon our physical, emotional, and economic well-being.
