Choose your Program Apply Now Additional Resources Military Tuition Assistance (TA) Army students will utilize an online system for requesting Army tuition assistance (TA) through the ArmyIgnitED portal. You will apply for TA through the portal and it will be sent electronically to AMU/APU for processing. TA covers up to 100% of the course cost, not to exceed $250 per semester hour and is capped at 18 semester hours or $4500 per fiscal year (whichever comes first). Please note that Army students must apply for TA 7 days prior to the course start date and can request TA up to 60 days prior to the course start date.
