The
Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008
requires colleges and universities to publicly disclose various aspects of their policies and procedures. The information provided is to aid families in making the best college decision possible for them and their future.
Annually, Embry-Riddle distributes to all enrolled students, via the University catalog, student handbook and FERPA webpage, a notice of the availability of the information that is required to be made available to students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
