Unofficial Transcripts
Students and alumni can access unofficial transcripts on demand in DuckWeb. If you attended the UO prior to fall 1986, you will not have an unofficial transcript.
Official Transcripts
Current and former students may request official transcripts in printed or electronic form for a fee. Electronic transcripts are usually sent the same day while printed transcripts take several days due to mailing.

Notary Service
Students may request notarized official transcripts for $25. Notarized transcripts are only available through standard domestic and international mailing and are processed within a week.
AP/IB Addendum
If students need an AP/IB addendum, they must include that information in their request. Expect additional time for processing.
Third-Party Ordering (TPO)
Third parties may request official electronic transcripts through Parchment. These requests will only be processed if a student has completed the third party
release form
.
