Guest Policies At La Nube, we nurture curious minds, bring families closer, and spark community transformation through joyful learning and discovery. Your health, safety, and overall well-being—both physical and emotional—are our top priorities. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple guidelines: Explore & Discover Stay & Play Together Share & Take Care Explore & Discover: There’s no right or wrong way to interact with La Nube. We want everyone to feel safe and explore at their own pace. Let’s keep the energy positive by exploring with respect and kindness towards others. Stay & Play Together : Families, please stick together during your visit. Remember, children under 18 should always be accompanied by an adult. Share & Take Care: Let’s all be mindful of others’ experiences. Please respect the exhibits and facilities to ensure everyone has a great time! General Conduct Visitors may not endanger staff, visitors, artwork or any other La Nube property, and may not engage in verbally or physically abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate statements or behavior, or otherwise interfere with the experience of others in La Nube. Prohibited Behaviors Use of offensive, abusive, or threatening language or behavior towards staff or other guests. Racist, sexist, or exclusionary language towards any group. Fighting, disorderly, or disruptive conduct. Tampering with, damaging, or destroying La Nube property. Unapproved sales, distribution of materials, or solicitation. Harassment, feeding, or harm to wildlife on La Nube property. Prohibited Items Weapons of any kind, including firearms and large knives. Tobacco, smoking, or vaping products. Illegal substances. Outside alcoholic beverages. Drones, skateboards, or similar devices. Professional photography equipment without prior approval. Dress Code Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, must be worn at all times. Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or graphics are not allowed. Food and Drink Guests may bring small snacks, bottled water, and baby food/formula. Indoor and outdoor café tables are available for eating and snacking. No food or drink allowed in exhibit areas. Photography Photography and filming at La Nube are for personal use only. Photography or recording of non-party guests is prohibited. Commercial photography requires prior approval. Service Animals Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome. All other animals are not permitted. Service animals must remain leashed and under control. They may not enter water features. La Nube reserves the right to refuse admission to service animals posing a direct threat. La Nube Rights • By entering La Nube, you voluntarily assume all risks, including the risk of personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, or property loss. La Nube is not liable for such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law. • This Code of Conduct outlines our commitment to guests. We reserve the right to modify these policies at our discretion for the safety of guests and staff. We may deny admission, prevent entry, or require a guest to leave without refund for failure to comply with these standards. • We strive for full inclusion and will ensure reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
