, planning committee deputy chair, for the Congressional
Medal of Honor Society Convention
2026. Garcia will provide an update on the convention, why it matters, the plan for the convention, and more.
From Sept. 30 to Oct. 3, Detroit will host the Congressional Medal of Honor Society Convention. This marks the first time that the convention, the largest annual gathering of America's 64 living Medal of Honor recipients, will be in Michigan.
At Vet-To-Vet, gather for good company and heartfelt conversation as you meet fellow veterans, and share stories of service. Whether you're newly discharged or long retired, Vet-to-Vet is a warm and welcoming opportunity to enjoy camaraderie, honor shared experiences, and celebrate the strength and sacrifice of those who’ve served.
