If you have a written proposal, please attach it separately. Name, affiliation, contact information (telephone number and e-mail address) Desired interview date(s) and time(s) Interview format (face-to-face, online, etc.) Whether filming will be involved Name of the program/recording date/scheduled broadcast date, or the name of the newspaper or website where the interview will be conducted/scheduled to be published. Interview content and questions to be asked. Name of the researcher you wish to interview We conduct interviews under the following three conditions: It is crucial that the content does not misrepresent or distort the evidence The content must not promote a specific product. We reserve the right to review the content for factual accuracy before it is presented, published, or broadcast. Please acknowledge your agreement to these conditions. We will try to respond promptly, but it may take some time for us to reply depending on the content of your request. As a general rule, please contact us at least one week prior to any scheduled interview or related appointment. If your article is published in any form of media, please send a copy to the Strategic Planning Department. We do not permit any interviewing or filming without prior permission.
