International Student Admissions

Eastside Catholic School welcomes international students to become part of our vibrant learning community. Students are fully integrated into our middle school and high school programs, offering complete immersion in American education, culture and student life.
To be considered for admission, international applicants must demonstrate advanced English proficiency and meet the academic standards necessary to succeed in our rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum.
Applications for the 2026-27 school year opened on September 1, 2025. Once a student is accepted, has submitted the enrollment contract and paid the enrollment fee, an I-20 form will be issued.
The final deadline for international applications is May 1, 2026.
How to Apply
International students are defined as any student who requires an I-20 to study in the United States.
International students must designate that they are applying for international admissions in the admissions application.
Tuition assistance and merit awards are not available for international students.
Once a student is accepted to Eastside Catholic School, an I-20 will be issued.
The Application Process

Our application for the 2026-27 school year is open.
As part of the application process, you will:
Complete the application and pay the application fee ($35).

Complete the student essay questions.
Schedule your student's optional Crusader for a Day (student visit day)

If you do not schedule a student visit day, schedule a student interview
here
Submit the Confidential School Report to your student's current school.
Submit the Teacher Evaluation Form(s) to your student's teachers.
Register your student for an entrance exam
here
Print and submit the Transcript Request to your student's current school.
Submit a copy of your student's passport and visa.
Submit a current photograph of your student.
Submit a bank statement from the parent who will be financially responsible for tuition.
Student Visas
Once Eastside Catholic has
issued a I-20
, it is the applicant's responsibility to obtain the
F-1 student visa
International students who require a I-20 do not qualify for need-based tuition or merit awards.
Living Arrangements
International students are required to live with an immediate family member or guardian.
Eastside Catholic does not have a housing program, and arrangements are made separate from the school.
The homestay must be approved by a school administrator.
TOEFL Test
The
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
is required to complete an international application.
For the High School, the minimum score for the TOEFL exam is 80.
For the Middle School, the minimum score for the TOEFL Junior is four or a combined score of all subjects of 785.
