Woodlawn School is an independent, accredited, nonprofit PreK-12 school located just north of Davidson, NC. The goal of Woodlawn’s upper school program is to equip students for their individual futures as lifelong learners. Our program develops thoughtful and engaged citizens, creative and critical problem solvers, and skilled communicators and collaborators. Woodlawn seeks students who are self-motivated, dynamic, curious, and engaged in learning.

Woodlawn offers a rigorous program with all academic courses taught at the honors or Advanced Placement level. All graduates are required to complete four years of English, math, history, science, and a world language.

MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS
Approximately 1.5 million high school students enter the program each year and compete for approximately 7250 scholarships. Woodlawn students participate and are regularly recognized in this program.

Due to inclement weather predicted to impact our community, we will move to virtual classes for all Woodlawn students, Pre-K through 12th grade, tomorrow, January 9. In addition, all athletic practices and events are postponed.
