Careers & Employability At St Dominic’s School our Careers Guidance is an integral part of our wider curriculum offer.  There is a planned programme of careers education that is taught within the Needs Led Curriculum, including PSHCE.  This programme is delivered in part by our specialist Needs Led teacher and in part by our Careers Guidance Team.  Progress in this element of our curriculum is assessed alongside all other areas of the Needs Led and PSHCE curriculum. By continually gathering and analysing destination data, we ensure our careers programme and guidance effectively support our pupils and students in progressing to suitable education, employment, or training opportunities after leaving school.
