Activities include supervised playtime, games, crafts, homework time, and snack time. Click the link below to complete the online registration process.  *Additional billing will apply. If you would like to enroll a student in Prep Plus or need additional information, please email Sarah Treschitta Registration Options Pre-Primary Hours: After school until 4:30 PM *If you need care until 5:00 PM, please reach out to Sarah Treschitta for more information. Annual Cost: $3,900 Payments can be made in full at the beginning of the year, or in monthly installments. No Drop-In Options. Primary/JK4 and Up Annual Registration Hours: Monday-Thursday: After School until 5:00 PM Friday: After School until 4:30 PM Annual Cost: $3,250 Payments can be made in full at the beginning of the year, or in monthly installments. Primary/JK4 and Up Daily Drop-In Registration Hours: Monday-Thursday: After School until 5:00 PM Friday: After School until 4:30 PM Daily Rate: $25/day billed at the end of the month Space is limited. Please email by 9:00 AM the day you intend to drop in to ensure there is space available. Prep Plus Registration Beyond the Bell: After School Enrichment Programs Q: What time do programs start? A: All programs will start at 2:45 unless otherwise specified. All students will be supervised between the end of school and their program start time if there is a time gap. Q: What time do programs end? A: All programs end at 4:00. Don't worry if you are not able to pick up right away at 4:00. Students can join the Prep Plus Crew until 5:00 for just $15/day (if they are not registered for the full year program). Q: Where do I go for pick up? A: All programs designed for 5th grade and younger will be picked up at the front entrance of the Montessori building. Please park and walk up to the front door to pick up. Middle School students will be dismissed from their meeting location. Families should make plans for pick up based on what works best for their family. Q: How many sessions are there? A: All programs besides Soccer Shots and Dancing Little Stars will have 9 sessions between August 25 and October 31. Even though this is a 10 week window, each program on a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday will have one day off of school during that time frame when the program does not meet. Monday Programs: No sessions September 2 (Labor Day) Tuesday Programs: No sessions September 23 (Rosh Hashanah) Wednesday Programs: No sessions October 15 (LS/MS Conferences), Soccer Shots still in session Q: Why is the Dancing Little Stars program listed as a per month cost? A: While most of these programs will run only between August 25 and October 31, Dancing Little Stars follows a different calendar. This program runs September- May, starting September 3. Registration will open again for the start of each month up until February. If you would like to do Dancing Little Stars, but do not want to commit right now, you still have time to sign up starting in a later month! Q: How do I register? A: Registration for Soccer Shots and Dancing Little Stars take place on their own respective websites. Registration for all other programs take place on CampWise . Payment is required in full to reserve your place in the program. Space will be allotted in the order in which payment is received. Q: I don't see a program I want to enroll in, or the program I want isn't offered for my grade level. What do I do? A: This is just the fall season of the Beyond the Bell enrichment programs!
