Digital Membership Card
Digital Membership Card – Frequently Asked Questions
The Peoria Riverfront Museum is currently completing the largest membership system upgrade in the museum’s history. As part of this exciting update, members now receive digital membership cards that can be downloaded directly to a smartphone. This means no more searching for a misplaced card. Your digital membership card can be easily saved to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access whenever you visit the museum.
We will no longer be using the E-Membership app, where you may have found your membership card digitally in the past. Going forward, all digital memberships will be in the upgraded system, savable to your Apple or Google Wallet.
You should have received an email with a link to download your new card. Below are some helpful tips and answers to common questions to help you get started.
How do I download my digital membership card?
Open the email you received after purchasing or renewing your membership.
Click the “Download Digital Membership Card” link.
Your card will open on your phone or computer.
Save it to your phone’s wallet or photo library so you can easily show it during museum visits.

I did not receive the email with my digital card. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder in case the message was filtered there. If you still cannot find it:
Search your inbox for the museum name or “membership card.”
Contact the museum membership team and request that the email be resent.

Can I add my membership card to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes. If your device supports digital wallets, you can add the card by selecting the “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Add to Google Wallet” option when opening the card.
If the option does not appear, you can still save the card as an image or PDF and show it when visiting the museum.

Can I use my digital card at other museums?
Yes! Your digital card has all the logos of the various programs we participate with. Your reciprocal benefits will remain in effect with the digital card.

Can I use a screenshot of my digital card?
Yes. A screenshot or saved image of your membership card is acceptable when visiting the museum.

I have multiple members on my membership. Where are their cards?
Each member included in your membership should receive their own digital card. Only members with an email on file will receive their digital membership card.
If someone did not receive their card, contact the membership office so it can be resent.

My membership information on the card is incorrect.
Please contact the museum membership team with the correct information and they will update your membership and resend your digital card.

What if my phone battery dies or I cannot access my digital card?
Museum staff can usually look up your membership at the front desk using your name or email address.

Can I still get a physical membership card?
Most members find that digital membership cards are the most convenient because they are easily accessible on their phones and can’t be lost. However, if you need a physical membership card, please fill out this
