Booking Information Amphitheatre (01/04/2026 TO 31/03/2027)
The Plaza Complex has a Amphitheatre which is round in shape with stepped seating capacity of 250. This is an ideal place to organize small scale Cultural activities like classical Dance or vocal concert, Rock Amphitheatre band, Street play lectures etc

Booking information of Auditorium (01/04/2026 TO 31/03/2027)
The Auditorium is housed on the mezzanine level of the Science Centre, with a seating capacity of 266 seats. The auditorium is placed on the southern end of the main building. The stepped seating allows for easy viewing and the wood clad interior provides sound and heat insulation.

03:00 pm to 06:30 pm (2nd Session)
09:00 pm to 12:30 pm (3rd Session)

Auditorium will be used as per the session timing only, however only 30 minutes above the actual session will be allowed and Rs. 2000/- as rent.
In Case of Emergency for additional time beyond Half hour (30 minutes) programmer shall charge one session (3 Hours & 30 Minutes) as prescribed rate.
Foyer Charge Rs. 2000/- per session
Maximum 12 Tables allowed in foyer each session (Rs.100 charge for Per Table)
If Projector Screen / LED Screen installed by Programme, Charge will be Rs.500 per screen each session
Rate for commercial Advertisement on Screen Charge will be Rs.500 each session

Auditorium will be used as per the session timing only, however only 30 minutes above the actual session will be allowed and Rs. 2000/- as rent.
In Case of Emergency for additional time beyond Half hour (30 minutes) programmer shall charge one session (3 Hours & 30 Minutes) as prescribed rate.
Foyer Charge Rs. 2000/- per session
Maximum 12 Tables allowed in foyer each session (Rs.100 charge for Per Table)
If Projector Screen / LED Screen installed by Programme, Charge will be Rs.500 per screen each session
Rate for commercial Advertisement on Screen Charge will be Rs.500 each session
Banner Charge Non Commercial: (A) 2 Banners free of charge (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) Total 48 sq.ft Free (B) Rs.100 Banners charges (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) (Rs.4.17/- per Sq.Ft) each Session
Banner Charge Commercial: Rs.500 Banners charges (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) (Rs.20.83/- per Sq.Ft) each Session
Rent for rehearsal / preparation (If session is vacant before) & For windup (If session is vacant after)
Rs. 500/- as rent for half hour
Rs. 1000/- as rent for an hour
Rs. 2000/- as rent for a Session
Other taxes will be charged as per Government Norms
Booking can be done 150 days prior to the actual day of the programme.
