Does UNSSC offer courses to UN staff only? We offer a wide array of learning offerings for non-UN staff. To find courses that are open to professionals outside the UN, click on the “Target Audience” filter, then select “NON-UN Only.” If the course is open to “Everyone”, personnel working for organizations and institutions that are affiliated with the United Nations as well as those working outside the UN can register. Do you offer courses free of charge? Yes, UNSSC offers a number of courses free of charge. Please visit our courses page . On the left, scroll down to “price” and set the price to zero. Can I download the PDF version of the course description I am interested in? Yes you can. On each course webpage, there is an option to download the course description in PDF format. How can I register? How can I register? Where do I find the registration link? To register for a course, please click on the sign-up button and follow the instructions. The sign-up button is available at the top of each course webpage. How do I complete my registration? To complete your registration, please make sure you: Step 1: Click on the “Sign up” button If you wish to select another course, click on “courses” again and select the course you wish to add Step 2: Click on “Complete registration” Step 3: Click on “Submit registration” Step 4 : Login (or create your account for the first time) Step 5: Fill in your personal information Step 6: Tick the “Agree to terms and conditions” box. Step 7: Fill in the “Tell us a bit more about why you are applying for this course” box. Step 8: Click on “Complete checkout” button. Step 9:  You will receive an automatic email confirming that your order was received. I have completed the registration for a fee-based course. What happens next? At the end of the process, a UNSSC staff member will review and approve your registration. (Please make sure you have clicked on “complete checkout”.) Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. Please be advised that this will not happen if your registration is linked to an agreement that UNSSC has with your organization. In this case your invoice will be sent directly to your organization.  You will only receive your login credentials/information about the course once we receive payment confirmation. I registered for a free course. What happens next? After you complete your registration and proceed to checkout, you will receive an automatic email from noreply@unssc.org with additional details about the course and the login credentials. If you are registering on the Blue Line platform, please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email with the course credentials. Note that some UN organizations have security firewalls that block emails from the noreply@unssc.org mail address. We advise you to ask your IT colleagues to whitelist incoming emails from noreply@unssc.org The deadline for registration has passed. Can I still enrol to the course? If the course has not yet started, and you have funds approved by your organization (e.g., a purchase order), please contact us by clicking “contact us by email” option on the course page. If the course has already started, we advise you to check our website for the next edition. What happens after I have registered? What happens after I have registered? I registered but I did not receive any confirmation When your registration is complete (registrants need to complete checkout), you will receive an automatic email from noreply@unssc.org confirming your order. If you do not receive this automated message, please check your spam/junk folder. UN personnel are advised to ask their IT departments to whitelist emails from noreply@unssc.org to ensure these messages are not blocked by organizational firewalls. You are welcome to contact us by clicking the “Contact us by email” button. I received a message informing me I will receive further instructions. I still have not received those instructions. If you have already participated in one of our courses and have an account, you will not receive an email; the course has already been added to your dashboard. For details, please check the section “login credentials / “how do I access the course page” If you have forgotten your credentials, click on Forgotten your username or password? to set up a new password. For verification purposes please use either your email or username. Please log into UNKampus 30 should the link not work, please select the “Forgot my username / password’’ option. You will need to input the email address you used to register for the course. Once you are logged in, you should be able to see the course/s on your dashboard. I registered for a course. How do I pay the course fee? At the end of your registration process a UNSSC staff member will review and approve your registration. You will then receive an automated email with an invoice. Please make sure that you have selected the “checkout” option. Once this is complete you can make payment. The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. All the payment details are included on the invoice. Please note: the invoice will be addressed to the organization that you indicate during the registration process. You are welcome to make modifications by contacting us at billing@unssc.org The following will happen as soon as your payment is received We will send you the course login credentials (if you have applied for a self-paced course); OR We will send you all the logistical information (if you have applied for an online tutor-led course or a face-to-face course) Should I register if my organization is paying the fees? Registration is required even if your organization is paying your course fee. To register please visit the courses page and search for the course you wish to sign up for. Once you register you will receive an invoice which you can forward to your HR or Finance department. I registered for my course but I have still not received any confirmation details. In some instances, participants only receive confirmation details once the registration deadline has passed. Please check your email shortly after the registration deadline. If you have not yet received a confirmation, please email us by selecting the “contact us by email” button on the course page. Course fee and payment Course fee and payment What is the fee for my course? The course fee appears below the course title on the registration page. Do you have fellowships / reduced fees? UNSSC does not offer fellowships or reduced fees. Can I pay in instalments? Yes, in exceptional cases we accept payments made in instalments. Please contact billing@unssc.org for more details. Can I pay by credit card? Yes, you can pay by credit card. After completing your registration, you will receive an approval message which includes a link to pay by credit card. By when should I pay the fees? UNSSC must receive the t raining fees at the latest a week before the course start. Please refer to the terms and conditions for more details. How will I know that you have received the payment? For online self-paced courses we will send you an email with the course credentials” as soon as your payment is received. For tutor-led/face-to-face courses, please contact us at billing@unssc.org. Can you send me a receipt to confirm that I paid the course fee? Yes, we can. If you need a receipt from our finance office, please contact billing@unssc.org Do you offer group discounts? Yes, UNSSC can offer group discounts. Cancellation Cancellation What is your cancellation policy? Cancellations must be communicated in writing. A cancellation fee is applied if you cancel less than 14 days before the course commences.  Please see our terms and conditions I cannot attend the current edition of the course. Can I transfer my participation to the next edition? If the training fees have been received by UNSSC and the course has not started, please write to info@unssc.org to see if it is possible to transfer your participation to the next edition of the same course. If the course has already starte d, please take note of our cancellation policy Login credentials Login credentials When do I get login credentials? If you registered for a course that requires payment, we will send you login credentials as soon as payment is received. If you registered for a free course, or a course that is funded by your organization under a corporate subscription for the Blue Line, you will receive login credentials as soon as you complete your registration. Please make sure to (1) register with your official email address, and (2) check your inbox and junk/spam folder if you don’t see the course credentials in your inbox shortly after the registration is complete. UN personnel are advised to use their official UN email addresses for course registration. If you have already participated in one of our courses and have an account, you will not receive an email: the course has already been added to your dashboard.
