Our Facilities
Our six-storey purpose-built hospice has a homely ambience, and is designed to provide a lot of natural light and contact with nature. With the many cosy, quiet spaces and comfortable furnishing, we hope to provide comfort and dignity for patients and loved ones in a life-affirming space.
Our facilities include:
Level 1: Day Care Centre
Level 2, 3 and 4: Wards and Dining Halls
Level 4: Sensory Garden, Children Playroom and Playground
Level 5: Education Centre
Level 6: Chapel
Wards
For patients of all ages who need specialist palliative care in an inpatient environment.
We have five wards offering 80 beds in single, double and quad rooms.
Day Care Centre
Our Day Care Centre has a Doctor Consultation Room, Fitness Area, Dining Hall, Activity Area, Rest Area and Therapy Rooms.
Capacity of 50 patients.
Provides a warm and interactive environment for patients who require care during the day.
Made accessible by door-to-door transportation of patients to and from their homes in our vans.
Customised therapy sessions for patients to help maintain their daily living skills for as long as possible.
Activities, interest groups and therapeutic programmes include movement, art and music therapies.
Regular outings organised by Assisi Hospice’s volunteers or supporters.
