to protect the maternal health of pregnant workers.

Female Faculty & Staff within 12 weeks and 0 days (84 days) of pregnancy or after 35 weeks and 1 day (246 days)
Content
2-hour reduction in daily working hours, no salary reduction for reduced hours due to statutory system (paid)
You can choose your working hours (09:00–16:00, 11:00–18:00, or other options)
For employees working less than 8 hours a day, a reduction in working hours is permitted so that the daily working time becomes 6 hours.

Submit an official document to the HR department containing the application for reduced working hours and a doctor's certificate at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date of reduced working hours (Supporting documents: documents such as a pregnancy confirmation certificate containing the period of pregnancy and a doctor's signature/seal).
If you wish to cancel your reduced working hours while on reduced working, submit a Cancellation Application Form to the Human Resources Department; if you wish to change the duration of reduced working hours due to a re-diagnosis of pregnancy, submit a Change Application Form.
Submit the forms by entering the解除 (removal) or changes in the official letter requesting the shortened application and the application form.
