Making an impact in our community Every three years, Adventist Health White Memorial completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) that is grounded in comprehensive health and well-being data paired with the voices and experiences of community members. Guided by these insights, hospital and community leaders intentionally address the greatest health needs through the Community Health Implementation Strategy (CHIS).
