The Community Relations Bureau (CRB) provides direct services by educating the public about their protections and obligations under the Law, engaging in pre-complaint interventions, and bringing together community members for events, workshops, and other programming to empower community members to better understand the City Human Rights Law and how to effectively assert their rights.
