English Learner Advisory Committee ELAC - Los Molinos Elementary English Learner Advisory Committee ELAC ELAC is an advisory committee whose purpose is to be a voice for English Learners and ensure that their needs are addressed in order for them to be academically successful.  The responsibility of ELAC members is to: Advise the principal & school staff in the development of a site plan for ELs and submit the plan to School Site Council (SSC) for consideration for inclusion in the School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA) (EL Action Plan in SPSA) Assist with the development of the school wide needs assessment Assist with the school’s efforts to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance ELECT a representative to the District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) 2023-2024 Meetings The English Learner Advisory Committee meets 5 times throughout the year. Everyone is welcome to attend! Below are the meeting dates for the 2023-2024 School Year. All meetings are held at 4:30 p.m. in the library unless otherwise stated.
