Coordinators - Seattle Academy The Hub Coordinators At Seattle Academy, our Coordinators serve as an essential layer of support in ensuring each student feels known, seen, and supported throughout their SAAS journey. Each grade level, from 6th through 12th, has dedicated Coordinators who: Build meaningful relationships with students and families Support faculty advisors and teachers in their work Serve as liaisons across the school community Plan and facilitate grade-level programs, events, and activities MEET THE Coordinators Our Coordinating Team Coordinators play a significant role in the lives of our students. From helping a new 6th-grader open their locker to supporting students as they navigate the complexity that is high school, our coordinating team helps students and families feel seen and known during their SAAS experience. Middle School In the Middle School, Coordinators help students navigate the distinct transitions and developmental milestones of each grade. Whether it’s welcoming 6th graders into the community or guiding 8th graders through their capstone experiences, the team ensures that every student has the support they need to thrive. Upper School In the Upper School, Coordinators tailor their approach to meet students where they are developmentally. For example, the 9th grade team emphasizes a smooth transition into high school, while the 12th grade team works in close partnership with the College Advising Office. Because many Coordinators also serve as teachers, coaches, club advisors, or trip leaders, they offer students multifaceted support and a deeper understanding of their SAAS experience.
