Sonia Ferri, Jersey Post Questions? Let's answer them... When will I receive my corporate tickets? Following your application for Corporate Membership we will send you an invoice. Once that invoice is paid, then we will send out your Corporate Tickets. What does 'single use ticket’ mean? One ticket is valid for two people to use once at any Jersey Heritage visitor site. Our Visitor Services team will retain the ticket when you come in. Do I have to pay for the Elizabeth Castle Ferry? Yes.  Your Corporate Single Use Ticket is for Castle entry only.  The cost of the Castle Ferry is £5 per person (return). How long are the corporate tickets valid for? Your Corporate Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date they are sent to you in the post. We have not used all our corporate tickets this year, can you extend the expiry date? We cannot extend the expiry date of your tickets. Can I buy a normal Membership for our company? Our personal Membership is linked to a named person, so a company cannot buy a Membership to pass around their staff. Do you offer discounted personal Membership to companies? No, our personal Membership is already hugely discounted, therefore we do not participate in rewards schemes where we are asked to further discount our personal Membership fee. How do I become a Corporate Member? Contact our team to find out more information and to sign up to become a Corporate Member. Who can use the single use tickets?
