Invest in USF through
Annual Giving
Unrestricted, annual support of the university through the Francis Fund or other initiatives helps us continue USF’s long history of anticipating opportunities and responding to emerging needs driven by what we know students can accomplish.
You are investing in our students and in our mission to preserve financial aid awards, student and faculty research, internship stipends, and over 100 scholarships for all of our students. Last year, the university was able to give over $60,000 to students through donor-funded scholarships. With your support, our students have a greater opportunity of pursuing their dreams. Thank you for keeping the future of our students bright!
We are especially encouraging monthly giving, to ensure that your support reaches as far as possible for the long haul.

"I am a sophomore special education major—one of over 1,000 full-time USF students who have experienced the gift of scholarships. My scholarships mean so much to me, my parents and my two younger sisters. I am the first in my family to go to college. Scholarships continue to give me hope and pride. I am honored to be a part of the University of St. Francis."

USF Special Education Major
"I am one of over 54,000 USF alumni who have experienced the long-term impact of a Franciscan education. Scholarships gave me the opportunity to focus that much more on my studies. I was able to involve myself on campus, take on leadership roles, and excel in my academics because I didn’t have to worry about working additional hours to pay for college. Many students work multiple jobs, have additional responsibilities at home, and are first generation students. Often, the financial aspect of college is the most overwhelming for them. Therefore, scholarships make a tremendous difference to the success they achieve in college!"

"I am one of over 200 university employees that witness the impact that a Franciscan education has on so many students. Scholarships are important because it helps students from all walks of life have a chance to pursue a higher education. Financial constraints can impact a student’s focus on their schoolwork and undermine their confidence in achieving their dreams."
