As a coordinating body, UPMB plays a key role in mobilizing resources, facilitating partnerships, and strengthening capacity across its member institutions. Through this collaboration, UPMB has supported Mengo Hospital with donations of vital medical equipment and supplies , including those essential to the newly established Endocrinology & Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) Department By serving as a link between the government, donors, and faith-based health facilities , UPMB empowers institutions like Mengo Hospital to offer sustainable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare services to communities across Uganda.
