We Run The Yard
The Tougaloo College Student Government Association is the heart and soul of campus life, representing every voice and making campus dreams reality.
At Tougaloo College, the Student Government Association doesn't just participate in campus life – we create it, shape it, and lead it. From organizing the concerts that get the whole campus moving to planning the events that bring us together as one community, SGA is where student voices become action and student dreams become reality.
We are the bridge between students and administration, the organizers of unforgettable experiences, and the leaders who ensure that every Bulldog has a voice in their college experience. Whether we're raising scholarship money to support our fellow students, coordinating campus-wide activities, or advocating for positive changes that affect student life, SGA is at the center of it all.
Our mission extends beyond just governance – we are committed to the holistic development of our community, our college campus, and our contributions to society. We proudly carry forward the rich heritage of Historically Black Colleges and Universities while building the future of student leadership at Tougaloo College.
