Workforce Upskilling for Employers Skills Bootcamps can upskill your existing staff to boost productivity, develop new business and improve retention. Employers with fewer than 250 employees contribute 10% of the course cost Employers with 250+ employees contribute 30% of the course cost Employees who complete a bootcamp should be able to evidence increased responsibility or a promotion within six months of finishing.
