Development Management | Dundee City Council Development Management The Council's Development Management service decides applications for planning permission, listed building consent, conservation area consent, advertisement consent and works to protected trees. It gives pre application advice on development proposals (by email).  It can take action where development is carried out without or not in accordance with permission. It holds public information on applications which have been submitted, facilitates commenting on applications and provides general information on development management matters.
