Halesowen Abbey Free Entry Exterior can be viewed from nearby footpath only West Midlands, B62 8RJ Before You Go Remains of an abbey founded by King John in the 13th century. The path to the Abbey includes a stile and the ground may be uneven. The Abbey can best be viewed from just over the stile. Facilities: There are various facilities, including places to eat in the market town of Halesowen. Please Be Aware : The land immediately around the site of the abbey is privately owned and no access is permitted. The ruins can be viewed from a nearby footpath. Drone flying: Please see our Drone guidance Dogs: Horses may be grazing in the fields adjacent to the footpath, so please keep your dog on a lead.
