Your one-stop shop for student administrative services, Anderson Central, located in the basement of Thrift Library, offers you one central location to take care of many administrative needs that used to require trips to separate offices in different locations across campus. When it comes to paying for your college education, we want the process to be as seamless and hassle-free as possible for our students.

Tuition Payment Deadline
Traditional Undergraduate Students
Wednesday, January 7, 2026
If your bill is not paid by 5 pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, your Spring semester classes will be cancelled.
Adult Studies Students
Spring Semester and Spring A: Wednesday, January 7, 2026
Spring B: Friday, March 13, 2026
If your bill is not paid by 5 pm on the payment due date, your Spring classes will be canceled.
Graduate Students
Spring Semester and Spring A: Wednesday, January 7, 2026

Summer 2026
Tuition Payment Deadline
Traditional Undergraduate Students
Friday, May 8, 2026
If your bill is not paid by 5 pm on Friday, May 8, 2026, your Summer semester classes will be cancelled.
Adult Studies Students
Summer Semester and Summer A: Friday, May 8, 2026
Summer B: Friday, June 26, 2026
If your bill is not paid by 5 pm on the payment due date, your Summer classes will be cancelled.

Learn about your payment options and mark your calendar with important payment deadlines.
Tuition and Required Fees
Tuition and fees must be paid in full by the due date to avoid cancellation of the student’s schedule. If your schedule is canceled for non-payment, you will need to pay in full or set up a payment plan in order to rebuild your schedule. Unfortunately, it is very difficult for the student to recreate his/her original schedule after it has been canceled.
Refunds
You may be entitled to a refund due to excess financial aid, a change in residency, withdrawal from the university or other reasons. Discover the best way to receive your refund.
Collections
Anderson Central can transfer delinquent tuition debts of students no longer enrolled at Anderson to Collections. Learn more about the collections process, how to make payments, and how to prevent your account balance from being turned over to an outside collection agency.

While we do not award your financial aid, we do work closely with the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships to ensure your student account reflects what you have been awarded each semester.
