Our party packages make the most of our excellent facilities and experienced staff, with high-energy activities designed to be fun, inclusive and easy for parents to manage.

Party Descriptions
Frequently Asked Questions
Our parties follow a 2-hour format: a 90-minute, staff-led activity session (with games and challenges based around a theme) followed by 30 minutes in a party room for your own food and drink. Packages are designed for children aged 6+ (unless stated otherwise) and pricing is based on the party type and number of children attending.

We’ll need to confirm availability (including facilities and staff) and reply with next steps, including your Booking Agreement and payment details.
We aim to respond within 2 working days and are very happy to answer any questions you may have or provide further details where neccesary.
Yes. At least one responsible adult (parent/carer or another nominated adult) must remain on site for the full duration of the party. They are the main point of contact for the group and are responsible for the general supervision of all children attending, including managing behaviour and contacting parents/carers if needed.
Alleyn’s staff will lead and run the activities, but they do not provide overall childcare or supervision outside of the session.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own food and drink to enjoy in the designated areas allocated to your party.
Please note that we are a
nut and sesame free site
, so these allergens must not be brought onto the school grounds.

How to get to Alleyn’s
We can offer one on-site parking space for the party host if arranged in advance. Guests can use on-street parking on Townley Road, and there are plenty of bike racks on site. Please see further information in our
travel document

Limited on-site parking is also available for visitors with a disability or medical condition, by prior arrangement only. To request an accessible parking space, please contact
