Lifelong Learning Plan
Students can also consider financing their degree through the
Lifelong Learning Plan
, an initiative of the Canadian federal government intended to encourage higher education and training. The LLP allows you to withdraw up to $10,000 a year from your registered retirement savings plan to finance training or education for you or your spouse or common-law partner.
