A Small independent Museum established in 1971
Managed and run entirely by volunteers
Registered with the Charity Commission
Fully accredited by the Arts Council
Free Admission
Income entirely from donations, museum membership, town heritage walks and occasional grants
A major heritage attraction for the town of  Lostwithiel
Aiming to be one of the best medieval and local social history collections

Museum Stewards to greet and help visitors
Guides to conduct Town Walks
Help with Fundraising
Help with projects and "one-off" events
What's in it for you?
Volunteering is about working with the Museum team, meeting people, taking part, being involved, sharing and developing your existing skills and knowledge.
If you have time to spare and are interested in getting involved we would like to hear from you.
We will provide any training required.
