The Orthopaedic Department of Batra Hospital is home to some of India's most well-known orthopaedic surgeons, who have received training in super orthopaedic specialities in India and abroad (England). Some are computer-assisted navigation joint replacement fellows (Australia). This facility uses this procedure daily, resulting in practically error-free surgery. The department also specialises in MIS (Mini Invasive Surgery), which allows for knee replacement surgery using a small incision (about 10 cm) and the use of special ligament tensor devices.
