The Neurology team at
Barrow Neurological Institute at Phoenix Children's
provides comprehensive neurological care for children throughout the Southwest and beyond. Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on patient-centered care for neurological and behavioral disorders.
As the largest pediatric neurology program in the Southwest, Phoenix Children’s provides care to both national and international patients. Our patient-centered approach ensures that each child receives individualized, compassionate and attentive treatment. This care is delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team of specialists, which may include physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, clinical psychologists, dietitians, social workers and physical therapists. Our teams work collaboratively to support each child through every stage of treatment and recovery.
We are also at the forefront of digital health initiatives, including telehealth visits, which have increased access to care. Our neurology division conducts more telehealth visits than most other divisions, furthering our mission to enhance health equity.
Many of our specialized care programs are recognized for their exceptional clinical care, strict adherence to standards and the expertise of their providers. Our providers' proficiency and dedication ensure that patients receive the best possible outcomes through evidence-based treatments and compassionate care.
Our providers are actively involved in community engagement and education. Our commitment is demonstrated through education for healthcare professionals outside our system, as well as community education and outreach programs.
Above all, we are dedicated to our patients, providing world-class care and to advancing the field of pediatric neurology. Our goal is to provide hope and improve outcomes for children and their families worldwide.
