NIBIN Kiosk Reservations
The Connecticut Division of Scientific Services has developed a “Kiosk” program that allows trained law enforcement officers to access self-service rapid forensic instruments.
Brasstrax uses specialized 3D microscopy to capture unique marks left by firearms on fired bullet cartridge casing. The IBIS system then uses powerful algorithms to revel the most likely matches within the IBIS network to provide investigative leads for the investigating agency.
